How can I determine what size to buy?

How fast will my order be processed?
We process all non-personalized orders placed before 12PM (on non-holiday weekdays) 1 - 2 business days after the order is placed. Please note that we do not process, ship or deliver orders on Saturdays, Sundays or on the following holidays:
- New Year’s Eve
- New Year’s Day
- Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
- President’s Day
- Good Friday
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
Orders placed on these days will be processed the following business day. Delivery is dependent on USPS and can be subject to weather delays.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We process and complete orders as quickly as possible. If you have any modification requests or need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify, but we will try our best to accommodate all requests.
What shipping options do you have?
We offer free shipping via USPS first class / priority mail for all US orders. Please allow 3-7 business days delivery time after order is processed with most orders coming in between 3-5 days.
Do you deliver to PO boxes?
We do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a non-PO Box address for the shipping address.
My tracking number says my order is delivered, but I cannot find it.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days of expected delivery date.
How do I take care of the shirts properly?
For our 50% organic, 50% RPET (recycled polyester) items, please follow the care instructions below:
Machine wash cold. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Do not iron. For even better results, wash inside-out.
What is your return policy?
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it is received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Any valid refund claims will be in the form of gift card / store credit.
